Refund policy

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within a few business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
